4. Payment Methods

Available in Iraq:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • MasterCard / Visa card payments

By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are delivered within Iraq to the address provided by the customer.
  • Delivery times vary by location and courier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure.

6. Warranty & After-Sales Service

  • Warranty is available on most products from major brands.
  • Duration and coverage follow the distributor or manufacturer policy.
  • Each product page indicates whether warranty is included.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs.

7. Return & Replacement Policy

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The received item is different from the order; or
  • A manufacturing defect is verified.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or non-defect dissatisfaction.

  • Warranty excludes misuse, physical damage, liquids, or unauthorized repairs.
  • We may request the serial number and media showing the issue; items may be forwarded to an authorized service center.
